AZAL Group Management is looking for a highly skilled personal assistant under the following requirements:
1- Job Purpose:

The role is to provide high quality executive personal assistance and administrative support to the CEO. This includes assisting with special projects to improve operational efficiency and logistics.
2- Main Roles and Responsibilities:
———————————————-
A – Administrative Duties:
1. Support the CEO to manage workload and activities.
2. Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements of the CEO for meetings, appointments, presentations etc and follow up inward and outwards requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence.
3. Maintain and arrange CEO record.
4. Schedule meetings, prepare agenda and draft minutes.
5. Attend Board of Management meetings, and prepare meeting reports.
6. Prioritise administrative duties, organise and prioritise work for self and CEO.
B- KNOWLEDGE
1. UAE legislation, government policy, relevant networks.
2. Administration process & record keeping.
3. Fluent in English language ( strong knowledge in legal terms ).

C- SKILLS
1. Advanced excel.
2. Financial modeling.
3. Interpreting legislation
4. Highly self-motivated
5. High attention to detail
