- 3Years working experience as 3D Renderer in a construction or interior Designer’s concept.
- Expert in creating a near realistic 3D renders of the Architect and Interior Designers concept designs.
- Good hand - ability to draw in hand and render, ACAD is a must. 
- Proficient - understanding of 3D space and volume with the ability to model in 3D. 
- Good in picking – up of the specific design the Architect or Designer wanted to achieve in the plan/project.
