To review and analyze all MEP drawings, materials, schedules, program of works, etc; To plan and co-ordinate all electro-mechanical activities to comply with contract documents, local authority, and standard regulation, including direct oversight of various MEP specialty contractors. To closely liaison with project superintendents to insure smooth interface and sequencing of MEP systems with various trades. B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, with minimum 5 years experience as MEP Coordinator. With good knowledge of quality control program requirements and codes, construction sequencing, scheduling, safety regulations and engineering drawings required.
