Quantity Surveyor Vacancy in Dubai

Experience: 8 10 Years Qualification: Quantity Surveying Degree ( Requires RICS certification or applying for their APC within the next 12 months). Nationality: Indian, Sri Lankin, South African, European Background: Pre and Post Contract Experience required, Strictly No surveyors who are currently working with Contractors . Ideally working with a Cost Consultant practice. Experienced in Measurement, Tenders, Payment, Variations, Contract Administration, FDIC, POMI, SMM7. Other: The candidate should consider themselves an expert in their field be able to operate in high pressure environment, overseeing multiply projects at any one time and have the confidence and experience to negotiate large value Contracts. The position may require the Candidate to travel overseas and negotiate Contracts and or material purchases. Reporting to and providing support to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
