Job Purpose:
The position provides the leadership, planning, and management of student enrollment
and communication plans to meet student’s enrollment targets. The position will lead
and direct teams across this area of strategic importance to the University. This post is
responsible for delivering the University’s student enrollment plans, university relations
programs and ensuring that the University meets enrollment targets.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility in student
recruitment, marketing and/or communications.
• Demonstrated experience with marketing communication plans, media communications
• Demonstrated experience with marketing communication plans, media communications
and relations, and print production.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, and strong organizational skills,

Additional Requirements:
The position demands a strong team leadership skills; excellent oral and written

experience and knowledge in strategic marketing, student recruitment and articulation
of effective communication channels is a must.
