- Must have extensive experience of coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements including transportation and lodging, managing travel calendar, online booking
- Assisting GM to conduct all company's administration activities in a professional way
- Prepare a minutes of meeting and distribute it on time
- Contribute and maintain a good working environment within the Company
- Filling and guarantee the security of all confidential documents of the Company
- Ensure all required reports / presentations are provided on time and in a professional manner.
- Must handle all the accounting related transaction of one company
- Must handle new account for quotations, seeking approval, project coordination/ monitoring from approval till closing
- Able to organize and coordinate office's activities, compose correspondence,
- Perform independent research of various office and technical issues.
Establish and maintain cooperative and effective relationships with other departments and those contacted in the course of work
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 -3 years experience.
- Accounting background.
- Computer Literate (e.g MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook)
- Conversant in spoken and written English
- Attractive and pleasant personality, smart, pro-active and strong interpersonal skill
